How to Learn WORK by ATEEZ Free π
Okay, WORK is not an easy one, but that's what makes nailing it feel so good. ATEEZ's choreography is fast and powerful, so we're going to break it down. ATINY, this one's for you! π
In KPop Mirror you practice with ATEEZ's official dance practice video, so you're learning the real choreography from the idols themselves. It's rated Hard.
Start with the best part
KPop Mirror opens WORK right on the 17-second chorus and plays it on repeat, so you can learn the most famous part first.
Tap Slower to drop it to 0.75Γ or 0.5Γ until your feet catch up, then tap Faster to get back to full speed. Need a closer look at the steps? The Footwork button zooms in on the dancers' feet.
My practice plan for WORK
- Day 1: Only watch and count. Then do the chorus at 0.5Γ, feet first, arms after.
- Day 2: Loop one 8-count at a time. Don't move on until it feels easy.
- Day 3: Put the chorus together at 0.75Γ. Use Footwork to zoom in on the tricky steps.
- Day 4: Full speed with your camera on, then record.
- Day 5: Start on the Full dance. Rest your legs between runs!
