The “DRIP” stage was SO good
From the second the lights came on, you could tell this was going to be a big one. The stage had these cool flashing lights and a futuristic set, and all eight members came out with that famous ATEEZ energy. The choreography is sharp and powerful, with lots of floor moves and big formation changes. I was trying to copy it from my couch! 😂
“DRIP” has a heavy beat and a super catchy hook, and the audience was literally barking along with the song. If you know, you know. 🐶
The crowd (and Jennifer!) loved it
The studio was packed with ATINY holding up photo cards and light sticks and screaming every word. Jennifer Hudson was right there dancing and cheering with them. The camera also caught one fan in the audience with the most amazed face ever, and fans online shared it everywhere saying “that's all of us.” Same. 🥹
Seeing ATEEZ on a big American daytime talk show is a huge deal for K-pop. It means more people than ever are discovering them, and I love that for them.
What ATEEZ told Jennifer Hudson
Before the stage, the members sat down and chatted with Jennifer. Here are the sweetest parts:
- Hongjoong said “DRIP” was inspired by the confidence ATEEZ has built over their eight years together, and he gave the credit to ATINY.
- When Jennifer asked what has changed in eight years, Yunho said his love for ATINY has only grown stronger.
- San said being on stage is the best way to connect with fans, because the energy they get from ATINY lets them give that love back.
- Hongjoong also said the group loves showing ATINY their new stages and shows.
