DINO Went AUTOMATIC, AND2BLE Got Their First Trophy and EMP Is Running With Dynamic Duo ๐โก๐
Okay besties, this week is NOT slowing down. ๐ค SEVENTEEN's DINO dropped a surprise love song, AND2BLE just got their very first music show trophy, and ZEROBASEONE's EMP teamed up with hip-hop legends Dynamic Duo. Three stories, zero crumbs. Let's go! ๐ฅ
DINO's surprise song "AUTOMATIC" ๐
CARATs, our youngest just gave us a gift we didn't see coming. DINO released a brand-new digital single called "AUTOMATIC" on November 3 at 6 PM KST, and Pledis Entertainment called it a "surprise hello" for fans. ๐ฅน
- The vibe: it's a love song all about that fluttery, butterflies-in-your-stomach feeling of falling for someone, like being together just makes everything feel complete. ๐ฆ
- He wrote it himself: DINO worked on both the lyrics and the melody. Self-produced king behavior. ๐
- A performance film too: of course DINO, SEVENTEEN's dance machine, dropped a performance film with it. The man is always locked in. ๐บ
- Some fans heard it early: he first previewed the song at his solo show in Seoul back in August.
Quick DINO lore: he started his solo music with the 2021 mixtape Wait, and in August he released his first EP, Board, as his funny alter ego Picheolin. Two whole personalities and both of them ate. ๐
Watch the performance film on Soompi.
AND2BLE takes their FIRST win ๐๐ญ
Anclo, we did it!! AND2BLE won their first-ever music show trophy with "French Kissing" on the November 3 episode of The Show, beating JUST B's "Party Time" and XLOV's "Hush" with 11,005 points. ๐
"French Kissing" is the title track of their second mini album, Sequence 02: Attraction. It's all about that moment you get pulled toward someone, and the choreo has a cute point move with both hands plus a LOT of facial acting. Main character energy, fr. โจ
And the numbers? It's giving huge:
- Over 800,000 copies sold in the first week
- No. 1 on the Hanteo daily and weekly album charts
- Top 10 on iTunes Top Albums in 15 regions
- The music video passed 33 million views
The members (Jang Hao, Yoo Seung-eon, Ricky, Kim Gyu-bin and Han Yu-jin) thanked their fans and said they could take No. 1 because of Anclo. ๐ฅบ๐ (Sources: Soompi, Sports Kyunghyang)
ZEROBASEONE's EMP runs with Dynamic Duo โก
ZEROBASEONE's unit EMP (Seok Matthew and Park Gunwook) dropped "RUN (with Dynamic Duo)" today, November 4, at 6 PM KST. It's a pre-release from their digital single OFF script, which drops on November 10.
- The sound: hip-hop mixed with drum and bass, with intense rapping from both EMP and Dynamic Duo. The aura is unreal. ๐ฎโ๐จ
- The meaning: it connects veteran artists who worked their way up from the ground with younger artists taking on bold new challenges. Love that for them.
- Teamwork: EMP and Dynamic Duo wrote and composed the track together.
The night before, EMP held a listening event called "SOUND SEMINAR" in Seoul, where they performed every song from the new single live, and members Sung Hanbin and Kim Taerae showed up to cheer them on. Supportive members = the best members. ๐ฅน (Sources: Star News, Sports Kyunghyang, allkpop)
